About the Artist

Daniel McConnell is an artist and poet.  His art and poetry tell his story and expresses the feelings so long hidden from the world because of Daniel's inability to speak.  Absorbing his work, so thoughtfully assembled in Someplace Good and Deep is discovering a hidden treasure.  

Daniel is a student of life, of love and of the depths of spirit.  In the words of Sandy Whiteman, a Healing Arts Specialist who worked with Daniel to create this book,  "Daniel McConnell has become my teacher.
